We try our best to ensure that all products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. Bark with Buster does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays, and we shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided in relation to the date and time of delivery. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Lucky for you and your pets, delivery is free within Australia when you spend over $99, even to rural areas. If your order is under $99, we charge a flat rate of only $35 Australia wide. You will see this on the checkout page before you proceed to the final payment screen.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
We work with our valued suppliers to pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia. So in most metro areas of major cities, you can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days after the time of dispatch. However, sometimes there may be delays with items sent by Australia Post, which can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Do I Need To Be Home To Receive My Delivery?

If you’re ordering your pet food and products online, chances are you’re a busy person looking for convenient delivery. This is exactly what we offer. Our drivers have the authority to leave your order on your property without a signature on delivery, so your order is waiting for you the moment you get home. Alternatively, you can also choose to have your order delivered to a Post Office or Parcel Locker. All our deliveries are sent with Australia Post, a trusted and reputable delivery company. We will also provide you with tracking numbers for your convenience.

Do You Deliver Outside Of Australia?

We do offer deliveries outside of Australia. However, please contact us for further details in regards to freight charges and delivery timeframes. Delivery timeframes will vary due to Customs and Export requirements.


Should you need to return any product to us, the shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the product was shipped in error or damaged. Please also provide us with a tracking number for any returned items.

Should any refund be required, this will be dealt with in a prompt and efficient way. Generally it will take 7-14 days.
